Only doing Evil NG this month! For the first time (and only this time), my Evil NG wins is more than my Beginner wins :) ================================================== - No Guessing Mode > Standard Mode. - The sensation when you flag with right-mouse-click and then combine with left-mouse-click to chord in one single mouse sliding movement, is the best feeling in the world. - The box pattern is the coolest pattern in minesweeper. - I never trust math in this game, it says 50/50, but why does my chance of hitting mine feel like 99%? Is it just because the sample is to small? Or do "they" want us to think like that? Interesting... - People who still guess for PB in NG mode should be banned for 10 years x 3BV/s + efficiency (%) / log (their seasonal trophy) + 1. - Big respect to the old player who practiced minesweeper without Evil NG, replay mode, and hint (because microsoft was to lazy to implement this in Windows XP). - At the pure level, minesweepers is about logic and luck. At the highest level, minesweeper is all about pattern recognition and muscle memory. - You always look at other people gameplay like impossible to reach, until... you get there.
